Showoff Sunday!

"Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises."
-Pedro Calderon de la Barca

Yes, Yes, Yes - more green! I cannot help myself! It is such a wonderful color, so cheery, happy and alive!! There are so many wonderful things that I find in the color green and I just cannot resist! My husband laughs, he thinks it is an addiction! Maybe it, but I do know that I cannot help but smile when I "SEE GREEN!"

How the color green affects us physically:
* Soothes
* Relaxes mentally, as well as physically
* Helps alleviate depression, nervousness, and anxiety
* Offers a sense of renewal, self-control, and harmony

-Kate Smith, CMG, CfYH

Today I am showing off a great Etsy shop that I stumbled upon:
LuLu Dee - Designs + Letterpress!
Her profile states that she is a graphic designer and began letterpress printing 3 years ago. I think her work is fabulous! The three pieces I have featured below are my favorites! (now if she would only make them ACEO size!)

My creation

1.) Modern Vases Letterpress Print
2.) Modern Stones Letterpress Print
3.) Modern Shapes Letterpress Print

Green: The color of the heart chakra
*This chakra is located at the center of the chest area and is linked to the heart, lungs, circulatory system, cardiac plexus, and the complete chest area.
*The heart chakra bridges the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds. Opening the heart chakra allows a person to love more, empathize, and feel compassion.

Silly Joke of the Day:

What did Tennessee?...The same thing Arkansas.
What did Delaware? ...Her New Jersey.

Have a great day and remember: Go Ahead & Indulge!
