I know this is not much of a help to the both of you.
I know you are both very sad that Daddy is leaving tomorrow.
Mommy is sad too!
It is okay to be sad, especially when someone you Love SOO MUCH has to leave you for awhile! Daddy will call, e-mail and send letters. Don't you worry about him, I will do that for all of us!
Remember that Daddy LOVES you! He loves you more than you can ever imagine, he loves so much it hurts him to leave the two of you.
Mommy is here and I know that it is not the same, but we will be fine and Daddy will be home before you know it!
